Crystal-Pierz Marine has been a family owned and operated business since 1956. A lot of things sure have changed in that time. We grew from our first employee to 225 dedicated team members in 12 convenient locations. You sure hear a lot of talk about customer service & satisfaction these days, but that’s not a new concept to us. Our philosophy has always been to take care of the customer; in fact it is that philosophy on which our business is built. But, we don’t just want you to be satisfied, we go beyond that. We want to make sure your days on the water are your best days and we understand the value of your free time. When we wrote our mission statement many years ago, it stated that we were not striving to be the largest or the more profitable dealer, but that we wanted to have “the highest percentage of happy customers of any marine dealership ever”. We work hard to carry this out every minute of every day with every customer. It must be working, because since 1984 every year was record-breaking year, much of which is due to our return customers.
