Crystal-Pierz Marine had its origins as a family-owned and operated business in 1956. Change is constant in all things, and that sure has been the case with us.
Today we are still part of a family-owned business, but on quite a different scale. We are part of the largest family of retail boating centers in the United States, and a part of the premiere outdoor retailer in the world. There are more than 70 Tracker Boating Centers in the United States, 54 of them inside of Bass Pro Shops retail stores. The legacy of our company has been built on delivering quality and value to our customers. We assure that this culture of excellence is a part of the daily life of each of our stores by subscribing to the Marine Industry 5-Star Dealer Certification process in support of the Marine Customer Bill of Rights. No other boat retailer in America has more customers than we do. And no other dealer or boat manufacturer has more 5-Star Certified Dealerships.
When the founders of Crystal-Pierz Marine wrote the company mission statement many years ago, they included in it their vision to have "the highest percentage of happy customers of any marine dealership ever." Today, with the full backing and support of a recognized industry leader, we remain committed to that vision.
